Brian F. Bollig, P.E. began his career after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Science at St. John's University, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at South Dakota State University and a Master of Environmental Engineering at South Dakota State University. Brian has ten years of experience in private industry as a civil engineer specializing in municipal water and wastewater management and four years of experience working as an engineer for the city of Willmar, Minnesota where he was involved in a wide spectrum of projects such as:
- Initiated and managed sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure geographic information system (GIS) mapping
- Design & construction facilitation of biofilter for odor control at municipal wastewater treatment plant
- Organized, facilitated and prepared MS4 stormwater program
- Managed and maintained traffic signals
- Designed trenchless watermain construction under Foot Lake
Dave Baumgart, Sr. Design Technician Dave Baumgart has over than 13 years experience on a variety of municipal projects including street and highway, sanitary sewer, watermain, storm drainage, subdivision and site design. Baumgart has an associate degree in architectural/structural drafting from Minneapolis Drafting School and an associate degree in natural resources technology from Brainerd Technical Institute.
